Please review our shipping and return policies before making a purchase from our online store.
All of the products we offer are shipped for FREE at no cost to you. Some restrictions may apply. Alaska, Hawaii, and the other U.S. territories do not receive free shipping.
Many of the products we offer originate from different locations and are delivered through various shipping companies at our sole discretion. If you require specialized shipping arrangements, please contact us before placing your order. We do not ship internationally.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). Some items will refunded less a 10% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We stand behind all of the products we offer in workmanship (the quality of manufacturing) and materials (what it is made out of). Most products have a warranty listed. All items that do not have a warranty listed will have 1 standard year of normal use. Normal wear and tear as well as abuse (accidental or intentional) is not considered a defect and no replacement or refund will be granted.
